Pacific Union GMAC Unrolls New Pilot Technology Platform
Expansion in East Bay Means Transition to Virtual Model

San Francisco, CA – In response to increasing agent demand to work remotely, Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate recently announced a new pilot technology project that enhances agents’ ability to best service clients throughout the Bay Area by working virtually and paperlessly. To support this effort, Pacific Union has strategically elected to transition from a traditional office model to a virtual office model. Agents working in the Contra Costa region will new report to the headquarters office in Orinda.

“These are exciting times for us as we continue to lead the way as the premiere luxury brokerage in Contra Costa County and across the bay. Under this pilot program, Jerry Kidd, VP Branch Manager at the Danville offices, has been tapped to develop and direct company-wide technology education and training initiatives.

Looking forward to the end of the year, Goldman said the company is finalizing plans to open new offices in Berkeley and possibly Marin.
