July 12, 2006 Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate Opens in Downtown Larkspur LARKSPUR, Calif. – Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate has opened a new office at 490 Magnolia Avenue, right in the heart of downtown Larkspur. "Our agents are excited about working in downtown Larkspur because it's such a wonderful location. They all have personal ties to the area, having lived and worked here for years," said Sheila Levine, Vice President & Managing Broker of Pacific Union GMAC's Mill Valley offices. The new Larkspur office is housed in a small, historically significant building. The interior space has been updated to handle the state-of-the-art technology that is part of today's real estate world while the appearance of the structure remains consistent with the charm of the surrounding neighborhood.
