Sharon Bacigalupi Joins Presidio Office Management Team

SAN FRANCISCO -- Sharon Bacigalupi, a prominent figure in San Francisco real estate, has been appointed as Vice President, Branch Executive, to the management team of the Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate Presidio office. Bacigalupi has managed the Pacific Union South Beach office at 38 Bryant St. since 2003.

"Sharon Bacigalupi has provided extraordinary leadership in growing the Pacific Union South Beach office, where she more than doubled the number of sales agents," said Timothy A. Murray, President and CEO of Pacific Union. "She has a clear ability to draw to our company real estate professionals who deliver the quality service our clients expect."

There are currently 150 sales agents working from the Presidio office and an additional 50 agents are expected to join the company by the end of the year.

A native San Franciscan, Bacigalupi worked as an executive recruiter before obtaining her real estate license in 1977. During her 30-year real estate career, she has worked as a manager for real estate firms in San Francisco, including a two-year stint with Pacific Union Marketing Company in the early 1990s. The third generation of her family born in San Francisco, she is a member of the Society of California Pioneers; she also is a member of the World Trade Club of San Francisco.
