Jason Miller Joins Pacific Union International as Director of Business Development

San Francisco, CA, January 20, 2009 -- Pacific Union International Inc. Chief Executive Officer Mark A. McLaughlin announced today that Jason Miller has re-joined the company in the newly created position of director of business development. Working out of the firm’s San Francisco/Presidio office, he will be responsible for mastering and leveraging the company’s offerings and referrals with Christie’s Great Estates. In addition, Mr. Miller will be calling on large, local, regional and international corporations to increase Pacific Union’s inbound and outbound relocation business.

Mr. Miller is a 12-year industry professional and an Accredited Buyer Representative; a designation and certification for agents who properly represent buyers and reduce liability when entering into a contract. He is a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, an experienced property investor/manager, real estate brokerage recruiter, and loan officer. In his new post, he will work with Jill Silvas, SCRP, Vice President/Relocation Services and Branch Manager in Pacific Union’s Sonoma office.

Most recently, Mr. Miller was Director of Relocation Services with McGuire Real Estate. Prior to McGuire, he was a Realtor with Pacific Union in San Francisco from August 2006 until January 2008. Before relocating to the Bay Area from his native Michigan, he was with Weir, Manuel Realtors in Birmingham, Michigan where his sales team achieved the highest sales record in the company for three consecutive years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller was a franchise consultant for RE/MAX Regional in Detroit, Michigan. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from Eastern Michigan University.
