PACIFIC UNION INTERNATIONAL INC. EXPANDS GLOBAL RELOCATION SERVICES

 

 

San Francisco/Sonoma, CA  - February 10, 2010; Consistent with the goals of becoming the number one brand in San Francisco Bay Area luxury real estate, Pacific Union International, Inc. has recently expanded its corporate relocation services division.  Jill Silvas, SCRP has assumed the role of Vice President of Relocation Service, announced Chief Executive Officer Mark A. McLaughlin.

 

“Jill’s 30 years in real estate and relocation make her the perfect professional to head our team of highly qualified individuals in relocation services.  Jill’s years of service and recognition as a true professional is widely regarded”, said Mr. McLaughlin.  In addition to her most recent acknowledgement as the recipient of the H. Cris Collie Legacy Award by Worldwide ERC, Ms. Silvas is also a member of WERC’s Hall of Leaders and a four-time recipient of the Presidents’ Award from WERC.

 

Supporting Pacific Union’s growth, Jason Miller was recently hired as the Director of Business Development for the relocation department. Mr. Miller was a Realtor with Pacific Union from 2006 to 2008, after relocating to the Bay Area from his native Michigan and previously served as the Director of Relocation Services with McGuire Real Estate. In his new post, Mr. Miller is responsible for mastering and leveraging the relationship, offerings and referrals with Christie’s Great Estates, as well as calling on large local, regional and international corporations. 

 

Having been in the industry for over 14 years and with Pacific Union for six, Beverly Kovacik, CRP, GMS continues in her role as Director of Relocation overseeing all activities with the firms relocation management company and corporate clients as well as managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the department. Ms. Kovacik’s experience includes working both on the client and service side of relocation giving her a unique and comprehensive perspective in handling relocating transferees and their families. 

 

Andrea Eystad serves as the department’s Relocation Coordinator. For over two years, Ms. Eystad has provided timely response, compassionate assistance and accountable follow through to Pacific Union’s relocation clients.
